Shipping/Order Information

P.O.P. Superstore has several shipping options available for you to utilize to receive your product. All items are shipped F.O.B. our plant unless otherwise stated.

Most items can be shipped same-day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM CST. P.O.P. Superstore and its parent company Merchandising Inventives will not be held responsible for any delivery delays once the product has left our facility.

Standard shipping companies we utilize are as follows;

  • UPS
  • United States Post Office

All of these selections are readily available for use using our drop-down shipping methods at the end of any purchase order you make. Some items have additional costs associated with them due to their size to compensate for the boxing they would require to ship. More information about these fees is below.

Due to the increase in shipping rates due to fuel surcharges, additional shipping rates may apply. All shipping options we utilize are tied directly to their parent companies websites to draw the most recent shipping rates to use for your purchase.

All products are shipped either via cardboard box or padded envelope. All orders should be inspected upon their arrival for any damages or shortages. In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to the products in transit and will be responsible for the filing of any/all claims with the carrier.

Additionally, we currently have no option in place for utilizing your own shipping number for our chosen shippers. As a result, we cannot take your number and use it for any transaction. The process is fully automated. We expect to be able to do this in the future.

Boxing Fees

P.O.P Superstore includes all packaging costs as an additional fee for our products. On all of our products, a "Boxing Fee" will appear. This fee covers the cost of the boxes/padded envelopes necessary to ship your order to you properly. Please bear this in mind while purchasing your products from us. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our customer service.

Credit Card purchase information

P.O.P. Superstore utilizes Authorize.Net as its primary resource for the processing of credit cards. At no time will any member of P.O.P. Superstore or its parent company Merchandising inventives, Inc. have your full credit card number or information; making your purchase extremely secure. We receive from Authorize.Net only the last 4 numbers of your credit card for verification.

Overage and Underage of orders

P.O.P. Superstore strives to give you the product quantity you request. However from time to time a bulk-packaged product containing small parts may contain an overage/underage of up to 5%. Due to the nature of how the products are packaged. We remind you that if you need to guarantee a specific quantity of product for a job that you order accordingly to make sure you have enough product on hand to complete your task.

Back-orders and Out of Stock

P.O.P. Superstore Merchandising Inventives, Inc. wants to make sure that you get the products you need when you need them. In some limited cases, if our current inventory doesn't have enough products to supply your current order we will contact you immediately to let you know of the situation. Re-supply of out-of-stock products can proceed smoothly with little or no interruptions and we can get you the remainder of your order into your facility as soon as possible. If you would like notice of when a product is back in stock go to the product page that has the out of stock item and click the link that says E-mail me when back in stock and we will send you notice as soon as we receive our shipment.
