Return/Refund Policies

P.O.P. Superstore was designed as a quick and easy solution for the purchase of limited, non-bulk quantities of point of purchase products. As a result, we don't follow the same rules as our parent company, Merchandising Inventives, when it comes to returns/refunds

Due to the nature of the products and quantities involved, P.O.P. Superstore does not accept returns of their products in instances of, but not limited to;

  • Incorrect Part
  • Incorrect Size
  • Incorrect Color

Additional charges for boxing may apply. All orders should be inspected upon their arrival for any damages or shortages. in all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to the products in transit and will be responsible for the filing of any/all claims with the carrier.

All Sales Are Final, no refunds will be issued for products incorrectly ordered or specified. If your package arrives damaged, it is up to you, the customer, to follow the instructions from the shipper you selected at the point of purchase to their conclusion.
